We accept returns for any reason on any purchase made from our online Vlone store. Please note that while we offer free shipping on purchases, all return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Here are the guidelines for returning merchandise:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to avoid refund rejection.
All original tags must be attached to the merchandise.
To initiate the return process, please contact us, stating the reason for return, and we will provide you    with return instructions.
Make sure to include your order number and identifying information in the return package to expedite the process.
We do not offer exchanges. However, you have the option to purchase a replacement item while we process your refund.
Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for returns.
We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking number to ensure that the return reaches us safely. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original source of payment and may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
